I worked as a designer on a car rental platform tailored specifically for non-governmental organizations. The goal was to create an intuitive, efficient system for booking and managing vehicles across multiple locations. The project began with a one-day kickoff workshop involving key stakeholders, which helped us align on user needs, technical constraints, and design priorities. My role included user research synthesis, wireframing, and creating a clear, accessible UI adapted to NGO workflows.
